Contact scanning runs on your device. Contacts are not uploaded to MyClickApps. If you use iCloud backup history, backups stay in your own iCloud account, where MyClickApps cannot access them.

This app contains optional auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases for premium functionality. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
