Sweat is a neighborhood studio, owned by Pleasantville locals, specializing in hot vinyasa yoga taught by some of the region’s best instructors. Each 60-minute class, held in our thoughtfully designed studio, builds strength, balance, stamina and flexibility through a challenging and energizing workout. At Sweat we believe yoga is for everyone and every body. We focus on hot vinyasa flow because it builds strength, stamina and focus through fast-paced, continuous movement and detoxifying sweat in a state-of- the-art heated studio. Our signature classes, set to hip hop and rock, build connections between mind, body and breath. We’re confident that just one hour at Sweat can make every hour better. Come flow with us.
