View the status of your Duracell connected home, battery, and EV Charger
View your household consumption and the power flowing through you Duracell connected devices, giving you a clear understanding of solar generation, battery usage and grid energy usage.
Access your historical energy usage data in daily, weekly, and monthly time periods, so you can understand your household consumption behaviour over time and the benefits to the environment.

Quick Access Live Usage Button
Quickly navigate back to the Live Usage Monitor when touching the thunderbolt icon in the top-left corner of the app.
3-Phase Ready
We've updated the Live Usage Monitor to support 3-phase systems. You can now view individual readings for Grid, Battery, and Home by tapping their respective icons. This provides a more detailed insight into your energy consumption.
Consumer App Guide
First-time users and those updating to this version will be greeted with a one-time guide screen. This Consumer App Guide offers a comprehensive overview of the app's features to help you get started. Need to revisit it later? Simply navigate to the 'Additional Support' section within the app.
Improved Customer Account Management
Managing your account details is now more straightforward:
• User Details: Update your username, full name, and email address.
• Installation Details: Edit your installation name and address.
• Inverter Details: Add serial numbers using the in-app QR scanner or enter them manually.
• EV Charger: Input serial numbers using the in-app QR scanner or enter them manually. Assign custom names to your chargers.

We have made key improvements to enhance your experience with the Duracell Energy App.
• Variable Tariff Selection – You can now select and integrate your electricity tariff with your Duracell inverter and EV charger directly in the app. No need to contact customer support—simply choose from available tariffs or request an integration.
• Improved Scheduled Control – Setting charge and discharge schedules is now easier than ever.
o "End Time" now replaces "Duration" to eliminate confusion.
o A clearer interface allows you to see which schedules are enabled or disabled at a glance.
o Charge and discharge settings are now separated into distinct tabs for better navigation.
• Mandatory Terms & Conditions Acceptance – After updating the app, you will be logged out automatically and required to accept the latest Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before continuing. This ensures transparency and compliance with regulations.
• Marketing Opt-in Option – Users now have the choice to opt in for marketing communications during login.
• Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements – Various improvements have been made to enhance app stability and reliability.
