TRAINERS Trainers can now invite clients by email, even if they do not have the app yet. The invite lands in their inbox and connects automatically when they sign up. Check in feedback also got a big upgrade, with voice replies from your trainer and a clear list of program changes right inside the conversation. AI COACH Your coach now keeps your recent chats organized and lets you pin the conversations you want to keep forever. Workout, recipe, and meal plan cards are more reliable and easier to read, with accurate macros every time. TRAIN Bigger, clearer text on your active workout cards. Exercise search got smarter and now finds machines by keyword and brand, so your gym's exact equipment shows up with its own weight history. FUEL Creating a meal no longer fills your Custom Foods with every ingredient you search. Logging food to a past day now asks first, so your streaks and XP stay honest. You can also remove individual items from AI meal scans before logging. PROGRESS Your weight journey now starts the moment you finish onboarding. Your starting weight appears in your chart and on your Mission card right away. COMMUNITY Profile names now display correctly everywhere, and you can set your account to private or block users for a safer community. Powerlifters now get real powerlifting sessions built around the squat, bench, and deadlift, plus the competition variations and accessories serious lifters actually program. CrossFit athletes get a true full body experience packed with Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, and conditioning staples. We even removed the muscle picker for CrossFit, because it was never meant to be a single body part day. Every new movement comes with a video demo so your form stays dialed in. Swapping exercises is easier too. Search the entire library right from the swap sheet and trade any movement in seconds. A SHARPER AI COACH Your AI coach got a serious tune up. Workouts, meal plans, and recipes now generate completely and reliably, with no more cut off cards or half built sessions. Meal plans render cleanly across multiple weeks, recipes hold together perfectly, and the coach is better than ever at understanding exactly what you ask for. CLEANER FOOD LOGGING Logging food now captures the exact amount and unit you ate, so a cup is a cup and a gram is a gram, shown the way you actually entered it. Copying a meal to another day finally appears right where you expect it, and your serving sizes stay locked in when you edit an entry. ROCK SOLID RELIABILITY We squashed a handful of pesky bugs along the way.
