Core features include VitalOS Recovery, Sleep Quality, Daily Load, daily guidance, trends, score receipts, and clear signal states. The MVP is local-first, uses read-only HealthKit access, and optional account sign-in does not upload raw HealthKit samples. VitalOS is a wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent medical conditions.
