Boxing Coach turns your iPhone into an audio coach for heavy-bag workouts and shadowboxing. Pick a coach-built session or set up your own rounds, then follow live punch combinations, movement, defense, bells, and recovery cues.

WORKOUTS THAT ADAPT
After each session, tell Boxing Coach whether it felt too easy, just right, or too hard. Your next standard workout changes one variable at a time so you can keep progressing at your pace.
PROGRESS WITH PREMIUM
Unlock Advanced and Pro coaching with a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, or choose a one-time lifetime purchase. Existing lifetime owners keep their access. Sign in before purchasing or restoring so Premium stays linked to your Boxing Coach account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any available introductory trial and the localized price are shown before purchase.
TRAIN YOUR WAY
Use Boxing Coach at home or in the gym for cardio, conditioning, combination practice, and focused solo rounds. Set reminders only when you choose. Guest workout history stays on your device. Sign in to sync your workout history with your account.
Boxing Coach does not measure punch power or technique. Optional Apple Health insights display heart rate and active energy already recorded by your Apple Watch or compatible sensor; Boxing Coach does not start sensor recording. Punch totals count issued coaching calls, and workout performance calories are estimates. Train within your ability, use suitable space and equipment, and consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise program when appropriate.
