Ứng dụng của mạng di động Vietnamobile, hỗ trợ đối tác phân phối giúp khách hàng đăng ký thông tin thuê bao chính chủ tiện lợi, dễ dàng theo quy định của Nghị định số 49/2017/NĐ-CP.
Ứng dụng iVNM ra đời nhằm cung cấp công cụ tiện lợi cho các đối tác phân phối hỗ trợ khách hàng có nhu sử dụng dịch vụ của nhà mạng Vietnamobile đăng ký, chuẩn hoá thông tin một cách nhanh chóng.
Chỉ với 4 bước:
- Quét mã serial sim
- Chụp 2 mặt CMT hoặc CCCD
- Xác thực khuôn mặt
- Kiêm tra thông tin và ký tên
Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ góp phần bảo vệ quyền lợi của bạn khi sử dụng dịch vụ viễn thông cũng như tuân thủ quy định của Bộ thông tin truyền thông.
