HOW KAIRO WORKS
1. Tell us about what you want to focus on in your training. Include details about your sport, your level, and what's holding you back from achieving your goals.
2. Kai, your AI visualization coach, will create a hyper-personalized visualization tailored to your goals.
3. Close your eyes and engage your senses as Kai guides you through your scenario.
4. Share what worked and what didn't work. Kai will dial-in your next session.
5. Rinse and repeat. Mental reps are the same as physical reps, you’ve got to put in the work to see the gains.
