What Ledgio does
Ledgio helps freelancers, contractors, and solo operators track business expenses with receipt scanning and structured records. Point your camera at a receipt or import from your photo library. Apple Vision reads the text on your device—your receipt data stays on your iPhone, not on our servers. You review extracted fields (amount, date, merchant, tax/VAT details), choose the category yourself, and save. Ledgio does not auto-assign categories; you stay in control of how each expense is classified.
From a single dashboard you see monthly totals, category breakdown, budget progress, and tax-related summaries where VAT data is available. Filter and search your expense list, add manual entries when you pay cash or receive digital invoices, and attach notes or tags for context. When it is time to report, export a professional CSV or PDF for your accountant, bookkeeper, or your own records.

Use the camera or photo library. Ledgio extracts merchant, date, amount, currency, tax/VAT amounts, receipt numbers, and related metadata when present. Review and edit before saving—accuracy beats automation hype.
Manual expense entry
Quick entry for card payments, transfers, or receipts you already typed elsewhere.
Seven practical categories

Country profiles
Set your region (Turkey, EU countries, US, Canada, and more) for default currency, VAT rate context, and receipt terminology suited to where you work.
VAT & tax-friendly fields
Store VAT/tax amounts, rates, tax base, VAT ID, country code, and reverse charge flags where relevant. Tax summary views help you see totals across filtered periods.
Multi-currency support
Track expenses in TRY, EUR, USD, GBP, and other supported currencies. Refresh exchange rates from ECB when you need up-to-date conversion for overview totals.
Budget limits by category
Set monthly limits and optional alerts so spending does not drift before you notice.
Recurring expenses
Log subscriptions and fixed costs once; Ledgio can generate entries when they are due.
Dashboard & filters

Export & reporting
