같은 순위에서는 해당 주택건설지역의 거주자가 우선하여 주택을 공급받게 됩니다.
거주지역 및 우선공급을 위한 거주기간은 청약신청자의 주민등록표초본을 기준으로 판단하여 하며,
실제 해당지역에 거주하였다 하더라도 해당 주소지에 주민등록을 하지 않은 경우에는 거주한 것으로 인정할 수 없습니다.
이 앱은 정부 혹은 정부 기관을 대표하는 앱이 아닙니다.
