MANLeaks is a benchmarking management App for all water leak detection and repair applications. The objective of the App is to be a site management tool enabling monitoring and determination of leak repair times. Leak repair times, origin and severity of leaks are recorded in order to assist in the determination of Current Annual Real Losses (CARL) required for the inclusion in the submitted annual water balance as per the Department of Water and Sanitation’s requirements. Geo-referenced leak locations and photos enable prioritization of areas with high recurring leak frequencies. The system support pro-active asset management principles for refurbishment and maintenance needs.
