Improved incident chat efficiency and user interface.

First responders responding to an incident can now see all incidents that occurred at or near that location in the past. Updated the initial and closure chat message to now include the officer public identifier/name. Fixed a bug which caused the first responder dashboard list view to usually display empty data.

The database is now in Zulu time, enabling precincts that operate in multiple time zones. Fixed a UI bug when viewing the legend from the first responder profile page. When viewing the map showing all responders relative to the incident they are responding to, users can now select the officer on the map to see the officer's profile page.

In service first responders are now displayed on the dashboard view. Fixed a bug which caused incidents to sometimes close the wrong incident.

Activated auto-correct for incident creation and editing. This should greatly improve readability of incidents. Modified how updates are downloaded and parsed. This should exponentially improve database efficiency and lower database cost.

Added additional functionality to code police incidents on the dashboard. Fixed a bug which prevented new incidents from being automatically downloaded.

Incidents received after the initial search will now properly update when they are updated. Fixed a bug, reducing server queries by 90-99% when an incident was updated.

Improved incident chat user interface. When sending a new message. Incidents will now be removed from the primary dashboard and incident management view when they are closed. Improved the incident editing user interface. Edited incident creation and editing. All incidents must now have a description.

Added the ability for users to filter the dashboard display based on incident type and server.

Fixed an incident creation bug. Previously, users who dropped a map pin to create an incident at that location, could no longer search for an address without resetting the view. Now users can correctly search for an address. Off duty first responders will no longer update their location. Modified the incident creation user interface. Now server selection is handled by a picker controller (spinny thingy) not cumbersome buttons.

Fixed a UI Bug on profile display when the profile was initially opened. Users can now clock in/clock out (requested by a police officer). Created an individual action report, accessible from the profile page. This report shows all clock in/clock out actions, as well as any incident response action. This includes a user deciding to respond to an incident. Also, when an incident is closed, every responding officer will receive an action log entry.

Improved the user profile creation and editing user interface Fixed a bug with the sound effects on the active incidents.

Added a sound effect when a new responder responds to an incident that the user is also responding to/viewing. Fixed a bug in the incident responder view. Now users that are responding to an incident can properly see the profile of all officers responding when they tap the profile button of the responder. Previously you could only see the profile of the other responders if the user was not responding to the incident.

Fixed a bug on the active incident view. Active incidents now properly update when another responder chooses to respond to the incident. Added the option to the main dashboard to view incidents for response in a list in addition to the map.

Servers can now be public or private. Improved the UI functionality for editing servers vs. creating servers.

Fixed a bug that caused read only memberships to not display properly in the server membership section.

Enabled private server creation: Users can create a virtual precinct and determine who can access their precinct information. Give users of your server member based permissions: Read only for officers in adjacent precincts. Full access for your team. Admin rights for super users.
