1. Capture an initial reference photo.
2. ReCapture using AR guidance to align with the viewpoint and subject configuration of the reference shot.
3. Visualize changes over time in an interactive 3D viewer.

Developed by researchers at Cornell University, MeCapture is completely free and based on the UIST 2024 research paper “Personal Time-Lapse” by Nhan Tran, Ethan Yang, Angelique Taylor, and Abe Davis. We do not use or analyze any of your images or personal data.
