IMPORTANT DETAILS • Account Set-up: To use the MyRXNT app, you MUST have an existing RXNT Patient Portal account set up in conjunction with your healthcare provider. If you do not have an account yet, please contact your healthcare provider directly to request access. • Logging In: After downloading and launching MyRXNT, you MUST select the appropriate account type and log in using the same username and password you use to access RXNT’s desktop Patient Portal (https://app2.rxnt.com/phr/). If you’re unable to sign in, please contact your healthcare provider directly! • Features - The features available with your MyRXNT account will depend on what your healthcare provider has enabled. If you have questions on these features, please reach out to your healthcare provider directly with questions. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Health Information - Access your personal medical records whenever, wherever you need them. Plus, request health data and medical history to share with other providers or specialists. • Appointments - Check-in for your appointment, schedule and cancel upcoming visits, and launch virtual telehealth appointments. • Test Results - Access lab, imaging, and other medical test results as soon as they're available. • Messaging - Communicate with your care team securely from anywhere. Receive instructions, answer questions, request information, and get help when you need it. • Notifications - Pending actions display right on the dashboard when outstanding items require your attention. Sign and complete forms, confirm appointments, and more. • Bill Pay - Never miss a medical bill; quickly and securely check statements and pay your outstanding bills from anywhere. • Documents - Electronically sign and complete documents before, during, and after your appointments. Upload insurance cards and test results, manage health information, sign consent forms, and fill out visit intake questionnaires. • Prescription Savings - Stop overpaying for your prescriptions; explore the Rx Savings library for medications and apply savings at the pharmacy.
