ONR let’s you stay on top of your property’s important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association’s documents (i.e yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (i.e. board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management.

A new category has been added to filter notifications. Users can now filter by the new option "New High Priority Shift Log Entry," which displays a list of all records matching this category. Additionally, users will receive a push notification whenever a new shift log entry is created in Power Admin with the "High Priority" option enabled, based on a previous setup.

Custom Tiles
This new feature allows you to add personalized buttons to the Participation, Concierge, Financial Hub, Community PinBoard, and Menu sections of the user app and web interface. Simply choose a title, select an icon, and provide a URL link. When residents tap these buttons, they’ll be directed to the linked page in a new tab or an internal app browser.
Participation Ballots & Votes
A new enhancement has been released in the participation selection on the user app has been released. Now the users when voting are shown a new button "GO TO NEXT BALLOT" that guides the user to their next available ballot after they cast their vote. This enhancing usability and engagement in your community’s digital spaces.
Design Changes
We have redesigned the screens for the concierge, participation, and financial hub modules in the mobile app, introducing a smoother navigation experience through a modal that unfolds from bottom to top.
Additionally, the dues view and balances option have been enhanced, improving the display of the ledger, balance information, transaction history search and filtering, as well as the presentation of historical transactions.

CHAT
Our chat system has been utterly enhanced ; users now have the ability to send videos and photos, reply to specific messages and get confirmation on readability. We’ve improved the look and feel by adjusting the spacing around the images and smoothing the edges to make everything feel cleaner. In addition, when a user creates a new post, it is now easy to add multiple photos or videos from the gallery, they can also open the camera and send an immediate capture
