PAIR ECG is an ECG training app that displays two synthesized electrocardiograms simultaneously and challenges you to identify their single shared finding from three options.
Sinus rhythm or atrial fibrillation? ST depression or negative T waves? By comparing two tracings at once, you develop the pattern-recognition skills that matter in real clinical reading. After each question, your previous answer is shown alongside the correct one — instant feedback, no lengthy explanations needed. Ten questions per round, as many rounds as you like.
