Seek Thermal is the best way to experience and visualize thermal energy while on the go, at work, indoors, or in the outdoors. With this free app and a Seek thermal imaging camera, you can quickly and accurately detect, inspect, measure, and visualize thermal energy from your smartphone and tablet.
With the official Seek App, you can easily:
• Turn your phone into predator vision with connect & detect convenience
• Capture and easily share, store or document thermal photos & videos
• Take spot temperatures and thermal images detailing the entire scene
• Accurately inspect, diagnose, and assess the source quickly
• Safely examine any object in daylight or total darkness, including through obscurants like fog, smoke and light brush
• Easily navigate between multiple viewing modes and color palettes – ensuring multiple options to gain the best thermal image
• Use with your smartphone and tablet
Some advanced features are not available to entry-level Compact and CompactXR models like Span & Level and Emissivity.

We recently launched our updated app that included many significant improvements in v2.0 designed for our new Compact Pro Series features and Compact(XR) line. This update includes key bugs and registration flow performance issues based on user feedback:
· Performance improvements that unify color palettes in threshold modes
· Performance improvements in App to enable simpler Product Registration with options to defer or Opt Out.
· Stability and User notification enhancements to the Registration and Sign In process. Reminder that there is no requirement to stay Signed In or Register to continue use of previous models.
· Fixes to the Thermal+ mode to allow users to double-tap the visible image and scale/align visible with thermal side-by-side. Includes removing Thermal+ icon for Smartphones that do not have a rear facing camera.
· Other minor bugs and performance enhancements to imaging
If you do not want the latest enhancements, new features or other user improvements, do not download this update and continue using your current version.

NOTE: We have updated the default Thermal+ settings for each camera type as well as each phone model to be optimized for subjects at a distance of approximately 13 feet. You can still independently zoom and move the standard image from the native camera to better align with the thermal image from the Seek camera for subjects at other distances. To activate these controls double tap the screen while in Thermal+, pinch/zoom/drag the standard image to the preferred alignment, and double-tap again to lock your settings.
