Smart2box is a comprehensive boxing training program.
It was developed by Neville Brown – Former British Middleweight Champion 1993-1998 and Outright Lonsdale Belt Winner.
Neville guides you step by step through his program.
Start by watching the training camp page, it's full of videos demonstrating the tips and techniques Neville has learned over his long boxing career.
Then start Neville’s carefully constructed ranking system. Use headphones or earbuds if you can for a much more immersive experience.
Each level has a tutorial video in which Neville demonstrates the techniques you will be practicing. Watch it carefully and memorise the moves. Then play the audio track and follow the instructions from Neville. Carry out the commands as he speaks until the end of the round. Use the end of the round as a recovery period, just like in a real boxing match and get ready for the next round.
Level one has four three-minute rounds of straight punching in a static stance. As you progress through the levels you will learn more complex moves and stances.
At the end of each session you can assess your own performance. If you have done well, mark yourself as a winner and move onto the next ranking.
Level 16 has twelve three-minute rounds of straight and combination punches.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
