SWEPPE är ett digitalt stöd för dig med långvarig smärta och din arbetsgivare när du är på väg tillbaka till arbetet.
SWEPPE utvärderas idag inom en forskningsstudie och är endast tillgänglig för deltagarna i studien.
I SWEPPE skapar du ditt eget styrkort där du får stöd att
- sätta ett mål relaterat till arbete
- identifiera hinder för att nå ditt mål, strategier att använda för att hantera dessa hinder och vilket stöd du behöver från din arbetsgivare
- veckovis utvärdera hur det går med ditt mål
I SWEPPE kan du
- bjuda in din arbetsgivare och dela information från ditt styrkort t ex ditt mål eller vilket stöd du behöver när du börjar arbeta.
- registrera ditt mående och din arbetssituation dagligen och lär dig mer om vilka vanor som får dig att må bättre eller sämre
- få en översikt över dina registreringar så att du kan följa din utveckling över tid.
- ställa en fråga till coachen
I SWEPPE har du också tillgång till ett bibliotek med värdefull information, tips och redskap om långvarig smärta och arbete.
