TaskPulse - Task Scheduler
Tasks, lists & smart reminders
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Simple tasks, smart reminders. Set it once — daily, weekly, or whenever — and Task Pulse keeps you on track, online or off, in your language.
Task Pulse is the calm, easy way to remember everything — no clutter, no sign-up, no internet needed.
Whether it's "take pills at 8 AM," "pay rent on the 1st," or "call Mum every Friday, except when travelling," Task Pulse keeps it simple: write it down, pick when it should happen, and get a reminder you can't miss.
**CREATE TASKS IN SECONDS**
Add a task with a title, notes, and a time. Set start dates, due dates, and gentle reminders. It's fast enough to use while standing in a queue.
**REPEAT THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY LIVE**
Not just "every day." Choose weekdays only, weekends, every two weeks, monthly dates like the 15th, patterns like the first Monday or the last Friday of the month, quarterly milestones, or one special date every year. Travel dates in between? Add your trip dates and Task Pulse politely skips those days — your reminders stay in tune with real life.
**REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY SHOW UP**
Pick the alert style that suits you: a quiet, tidy notification for everyday tasks, or a full-screen alarm for the can't-forgotten ones. Time-sensitive alerts arrive on your Lock Screen, and every past reminder is logged in your reminder history so you can see exactly what fired and when.
**THE BIG PICTURE AT A GLANCE**
Your home screen organises everything instantly. See how many tasks you have, what's due today, what's coming up, and what you've already completed — then filter to just the view you want in a single tap.
**RELIABLE, ONLINE OR OFF**
No internet? No problem. Tasks are saved on your device and reminders fire without a connection. Task Pulse is a friendly traveller too: flying into a new timezone? Your reminders stay correct for where you are — and if anything needs your attention about a time change, you'll get a clear explanation, not a jarring surprise.
**BACK UP AND RESTORE**
Export everything to the Files app as a tidy file — you can protect it with a passphrase if you like. Bring it onto any device, restore it with confidence, and even choose how to handle the differences: merge your two lists together, replace entirely, or go task by task. You'll always see what your backup contains and when your last good backup happened.
**MAKE IT YOURS**
Light or dark, your choice. Pick from eleven languages — English, Français, हिन्दी, 日本語, Bahasa Indonesia, Português (Brasil), Español, 繁體中文, 简体中文, Русский, or Deutsch — including your device's language automatically. And a font size that's comfortable — small, medium, or large — so stretching to read is never a problem.
**PRIVACY WITHOUT THE FINE PRINT**
No account required. Everything lives on your device. Optional, always-off-by-default choices for analytics and crash reports are yours to make — and you can change your mind at any time, right inside the app.
**ACROSS IPHONE AND IPAD**
Designed beautifully for both. On iPad, everything spreads out gracefully — more tasks visible, comfortable spacing, and an experience that feels like the device it's on.
Download Task Pulse and give your memory a break.
