This update fixes several History issues, including deleting completed fasts and correctly showing overnight fasts on the date they were started.
New for Pro and Lifetime members: waist measurement tracking with Apple Health support, unit preferences for inches or centimeters, and guidance for consistent measurement.
History now also includes monthly fasting totals so you can review previous months beyond the rolling 30-day summary.
