Supported by the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development (MLHUD) of Uganda, this application provides detailed property information on titles and parcels, as well as the status of transactions submitted at Ministry Zonal Offices (MZOs). It offers e-payment for all online searches and will be the future platform for submitting online transactions, including Search Letters and Land Valuations. Additionally, map services are available to locate MZOs and visualize the Ugandan Land Map, along with general information about transactions and land rights in the Ugandan Registration System.

We are proud to announce release of version 1.5.3 of the UgNLIS App. Online Valuation for Land Dealing is now possible for free. It is possible for any signed in public user to pay online for transactions, caveat and mortgage. This includes e-payment for Stamp Duty and for Fees. If any issue is noticed when searching title, parcel, transaction, user can report to Customer Care. Search Letter, Parcel and Transaction remain available.
