Email dispatch in ticket feedback: From now on, in the v.Soft basic settings under Global Settings > Service & Workshop > v.App Service Management > Ticket Feedback, the setting “Enter technician as BCC in email” can be used to specify whether the technician should be set as BCC when the service report is sent to the customer(s) after ticket feedback. In addition, multiple email addresses can now be entered in the ticket feedback under “Contact details,” separated by semicolons, if the service report is to be sent to several customers. Compressing photos in the service accompanying document: From now on, images uploaded to the ticket DMS via the “Add photo” button in v.App will be reduced in size and compressed if the “Print photo in service note” option is active. This results in a significantly smaller file size when the photos are sent by email as an attachment to the service note.
