珠江智能双录随着音视频领域的技术的大力发展而诞生。在各行各业中，为了保证执法、办案、庭审、销售、业务办理等各类业务环节中的透明性、证据留存度；需要加强对工作过程的录音录像采集力度，保证过程中的全程录音录像；因此可靠、高效的音视频采集系统的需求愈发迫切。 为规范保险业务办理行为，维护银行消费者合法权益，促进行业持续健康发展；因此在保险业务人员通过本项目手机客户端和PC客户端在内外网环境进行业务办理时，可按照国家规定要求对整个业务办理过程进行录音录像，通过移动客户端进行音视频的采集、上传、存储；同时公司质检人员可以按照自己的特定权限方便的调阅到相关视频进行质检，对不合格的视频进行驳回操作，对合格的视频，应保证其安全留存，在未来可进行回溯。
