About the Program
Advanced Performance is designed for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior, a cyclist, swimmer, golfer, runner, or simply someone committed to living a healthier, more active lifestyle, our program is tailored to meet your needs. We welcome participants ages 10 and up—children, adolescents, and adults alike.
Our trainers approach every program from a medical and performance perspective, creating personalized training plans that enhance flexibility, strength, speed, agility, coordination, and overall function—while also reducing the risk of injury. For patients completing physical therapy, Advanced Performance serves as a continuation of rehabilitation, bridging the gap between formal therapy and a safe return to full athletic activity. Our goal is to help you regain pre-injury strength and function while unlocking new levels of performance.
