Door een probleem bij het uitrollen van de vorige update, was het voor iOS gebruikers niet mogelijk in te loggen of de app op te starten. We hebben dit probleem opgelost in de laatste update (3.12.0).

I often get notified of new surveys but when I open the app, there are none. Even if I open immediately upon receiving the notification.
