NEW TRENDS DASHBOARD • See your completion rate, average and longest fast, and streak at a glance. • Charts for fast length, how your fasts ended, when you start and finish, your best weekday and how far each fast gets through the stages. • Check-in trends for hunger, energy and sleep, plus a 12-week calendar of your consistency. • Choose 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, and filter by fast type. A TIMER THAT SHOWS YOUR STAGES • The timer ring now marks each stage of your fast and changes color as you move through them. You can turn this off in Appearance. • The Live Activity names your current stage, and switches to an over-goal look once you pass your target. START AND END FASTS FASTER • New controls for Control Center and the Lock Screen: start or end a fast, or pause and resume, without opening the app. MORE CONTROL ON EVERY DEVICE • Choose which of your devices rings the fast-complete alarm, so your iPad stays quiet when your iPhone already did. • Clearer explanations before FastTrack asks for alarm or notification permission.
