We design the future of the city together. Furban is an app for spatial development, urban architecture, and citizen participation. The app is intended for residents, municipalities, and specialists. Residents can easily create designs for the public space, allowing the municipality to gain a good understanding of their wishes and needs. The app features a 3D design environment where you can quickly place, move, and rotate 3D objects on a canvas. There are convenient functions for placing, moving, or removing multiple objects at once. Depending on your role, you can:
As a resident: View municipal projects; review previous designs; collaborate with others to design together in one session; create your own design; provide feedback on sample designs. You can also comment on each other's designs or participate in a poll.
As a municipal administrator: Create projects; set up a starting canvas; load 3D objects; compile the contents of the object library; link objects to projects; create and post sample designs; generate login codes for residents; conduct polls; send messages to participants.
As a specialist: View designs and provide comments.
The app shows you, among other things, how many people are participating and how many designs have been created. There is also an app called Furban City, which allows you to view designs in augmented reality (AR), either on the actual location or elsewhere.
