Quite disappointing

Tested today:
- missing home club course.
- complete bag not available during course.
- score recording not user friendly
- serious battery killing app especially the Apple watch one.
- unable to stop the app on the watch while still running on the iPhone. Restart automatically.
+ the view switch fluently from one to the other hole indicating where to proceed.
Conclusion: uninstall.

1/ Missing home course. Could you please share which name? there are approx 40.000 golf course in the database. It happens that some are written a bit differently than the "casual name". Happy to have a look for you. Also, in rare occasion, there could be a missing course when it is brand new. But no worries, we can start the process to add it :)

2/ "complete" Bag not available during the course. Would you please be more specific? What I can already tell is that once you change your bag settings, you need to generate a new round to get everything updated. (It's made to be sure that you can keep your already planed round with the historic settings if need be)

3/ Score recording: Our tracking is very advanced so you don't need any additional IoT to get your club distances, dispersion... so the app can learn about your golf round after round. The counterpart is that you have to enter a bit more than only the raw score, as you have to input the clubs you played. We have a 2min video tutorial to help you doing this if need be (youtube channel). Once you know how to do it, it becomes very simple, as it is only about describing what you played in a few taps.

4/ Battery consumption: You should be able to do a 4 /5 hours round only using 30 to 40% of the battery. which should be very fine for a half a day experience.
As I understand it's not the case on your side. Different options: age of your Apple Watch. As every device, it goes down month after month. If your watch is already 4 or 5 years old, it might explain. Also, please make sure you don't run many other apps in the background. Last, you can even go further by putting your watch in "Theatre mode" so you can with a simple gesture, turn off the screen after reading it.

5/ I understand that you wanted to continue only with your iPhone - after starting your round tracking? Please confirm?

Still Some work...

I decided to give this app a try using the 2 weeks free trial.
The idea of the virtual caddy is very good, some features like wind correction, club suggestion, stableford scoring and round plan are very nice.
What is still missing or not working are (basic functions):
- no shot tracking, not automatic nor manual) on the Watch (even not on the phone)... WTF?
- not possible to enter score on the watch, really??
- buggy watch app with sync issue with the phone (like score entered on the phone isn't appearing on the Watch)
- Apple family share doesn't allow to share the subscription with my wife

All this for a very expensive subscription!
I'll stay with the competition and cancel the subscription.

Also, to answer your questions and concerns, I confirm that there is a shot tracker in our product. It is called "Easy Shot Tracker". And it is automatically combined to your GPS to track efficiently your shots. I would be very happy to drive you trough this feature if you want to.
