Brushing check-in
You will receive an assessment of your technique after the first time you brush your teeth. This will provide a starting point to track improvements to your oral health routine over time.
Real-time brushing guidance
The Sonicare app checks your habits, like if you're reaching all the areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you're using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage every time you brush.
Dental Diary
The Dental Diary helps you track all of your oral health habits in one place – brushing, flossing, tongue cleaning and mouth rinsing – so you can spot trends and build a consistent routine.
Brushing Streak
The Brushing Streak feature helps motivate you to brush at least twice daily – morning and night – as recommended by dentists to prevent plaque build-up.
Dashboard
The Dashboard syncs with your Sonicare toothbrush to collect and display your brushing habits. You receive an easy-to-read report with insights to help support and improve your oral health.
Brush head monitoring
Automatically know when it's time to replace your brush head. Bristles wear out and start losing effectiveness after about three months, so having a fresh replacement ensures the best cleaning.
Automatic brush head reordering service
Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app checks your brush head's usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.
Connect with Apple Health
When you link the Sonicare app to the Apple Health app, you can track your brushing habits along with the rest of your health data.

Goede app, leuk om de tijd bij te houden zodat je je 2 min overal evenveel moest. Wel spijtig dat hij soms op bepaalde zones niets registreert zodat de app zegt dat daar niet gepoetst is.

Bedankt voor je positieve bericht en dat je dit probleem meldt — wat vervelend dat sommige zones niet geregistreerd worden. Probeer eerst of de app en de firmware van je tandenborstel up‑to‑date zijn, herstart daarna je telefoon en zet Bluetooth even uit en weer aan; zorg tijdens het poetsen dat de app actief blijft en volg rustig de zones in de app. Controleer ook de app‑machtigingen (Bluetooth en locatie) en zorg voor een stabiele internetverbinding; als dit niet helpt, maak een back‑up via Backup & Restore en verwijder en installeer de app opnieuw. Als het probleem aanhoudt, neem dan contact op via https://philips.to/4rQPr3t en geef het exacte apparaatmodel (HX…), je telefoonmodel en een korte omschrijving van wanneer de zones niet worden geregistreerd — dan helpen we je verder. But unfortunately there is a lot of lag since a few days that I can’t get rid of, restarted phone, Bluetooth unpaired etc pitty looked cool in the beginning

Unpair the brush, reinstall the app, and re-pair from inside the app (not system Bluetooth).3. Ensure Bluetooth, Location and Background App Refresh are enabled and disable battery‑saving for the app.4. Test close to the phone with minimal interference (Wi‑Fi, other Bluetooth devices).5.
