They are advertising the subscription for 12.34 per month, as soon as I made this subscription I got 2 deductions 1 for 14.99 and 2nd for 19.99 euros. I never authorized those payments and those subscriptions. So be aware if you are planning to check if this app is any good for your child, you quite possibly will be charged for things you never asked for and never gave the authorization for.I did send the email for the refund that you are refusing to provide and besides that I haven’t choose multiple plans, I know perfectly what I was subscribing for.
