You made a mistake with these updates and a specially with the subscriptions… This used to be the n°1 App for overlanding in the world but I guess people will switch to a different one. €94,99/Y is just too much to ask for a community base app.

Lange tijd heb ik lOverlander 1 gebruikt dat vond ik een prachtige app. De 2 is een lauw afkooksel ervan ! alles is veel onduidelijker dan in de eerste. Zelfs de kleuren zijn waterachtig ! ik mis I-overLander nummer één. Als je bijvoorbeeld een plaats opvraagt dan krijg je een hele omgeving te zien heel onduidelijk allemaal. Alsjeblieft verander het weer naar nummer 1!

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed.Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to keep the Legacy version of the app. As we’ve explained before, it was built on deprecated technology and can no longer be updated or supported. We know the new app feels different from the Legacy app many of us used for years, and we understand that change can be frustrating.That said, the new app allows us to introduce many features that simply weren’t possible in the Legacy version, and it gives us a foundation we can continue to improve going forward.There is also no requirement to subscribe. The app remains fully usable in the free version; it simply limits features that are particularly costly for iOverlander to provide, such as offline maps and place downloads. With the free version, you can download one country at a time. If you need another country (for example, when crossing a border), you can delete the existing download and add the next country along your route.We appreciate your understanding and hope the new app will still be useful on your travels.
