ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.
CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.
CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.
SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.
FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.
BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.
ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SERVICE PARTNER: Find a Mercedes-Benz partner near you quickly and easily and save your preferred partner in the app.

Wij hebben een perfect werkende IPhone, maar een oudere tot IOS15. Waarom zouden wij. Een perfect werkende IPhone wegdoen?Het komt erop neer dat je betaalt voor diverse snufjes. Wil je ze verder gebruiken, moet je maar een nieuwe IPhone kopen. Dat is toch niet aan Mercedes om dit te bepalen.Vooruitgang is OK, maar dit getuigt niet van klantenservice of klantvriendelijk.Of geld terug van de snufjes of Mercedes mag voor een oplossing zorgen…

We should be able to select English wherever we are registered. I live in Belgium but I don’t speak any of the languages here and i have mercedes sending me notificationa in French

How Mercedes-Benz wants to make money for doing nothing....

When you buy a brand new Mercedes like I did 3 years ago, they give you the services in this app ‘for free’ the first three years...After 3years everything stops working suddenly and you get the option to reactivate the stuff for about 300 EUR.If Mercedes would charge a couple of EUR to maintain and develop the app like many other apps in the AppStore, I would understand it somehow, although competitors give this for free forever when you buy their car...This should be a wake up call for the German hotshots of Mercedes-Benz: I am not going to pay after 3 years 300 EUR just to open my car remotely again for a car I paid for, a mobile phone I paid for and a mobile subscription I already pay for...you don’t deliver any value for this money. This should just work as a standard feature of the car, as I already paid for it!!!Moreover, this app is plenty of bugs... for me it is more a scam...Hope you guys fix all of this soon...
