Sooo many bugs! App always closes randomly and edits don’t show or aren’t saved

This must be the worst editing app I’ve ever used. It’s constantly glitching and every time there’s an update with promises of being better it’s actually getting worse. It also takes customers service soooo long to reply. I already cancelled my subscription. No way I’m gonna be paying for an app like this!
