Unbalanced game

S212134
The game is unbalanced, it matches in BattleLands mid level alliances with the top alliances. It is impossible to fight as an alliance someone who is 3 times the size, especially when our alliance has only 5 that match the opponent’s average size .We have asked the developer to review their match algorithm, but so far they refused. Bad experience and horrible customer service for a paying game.

Developer Response
Dear S212134, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the matchmaking system. We understand how frustrating it can be to face opponents significantly larger than your alliance. Your feedback on the match algorithm is noted and appreciated. Please tap the in-game customer service button so our team can look into this further.

Très bon jeu, très complet. Les DEV sont réactifs. C'est un P2W mais en étant dans une bonne alliance, il est très facile de jouer simplement.
