I don’t want to go premium! I just want to look at my baby on my phone when he’s a sleep. All the rest i don’t care about. BTW: In the beginning the songs did not work for months. Then it suddenly did work. 🤦🏽‍♀️Both me & my partner can see the baby on our iPhone. Now he can not see it anymore. It keeps saying only 2 devices but it’s only the two of us? Nothing had changed. Okay we fixed that by downloading the app again. Now it keeps saying that the camera is offline. The camera is not offline. Oh my god. So many problems. Making things so complicating. My baby is 10 months btw. We should bought another baby camera not this one.

We bought a Luvion baby monitor, and since it was the most expensive option in the store, we expected a premium product and experience. To be fair, the camera itself is very good. The build quality feels solid and the device is easy to use. In terms of hardware and general functionality, we really have nothing to complain about. The disappointment comes from the mobile application. The app is constantly pushing advertisements and pop-ups encouraging you to subscribe to their paid service for additional features. While offering a subscription is fine, the way it is presented feels excessive and intrusive.Instead of a clean and professional app experience, it often feels like you are using a low-quality third-party app filled with prompts asking you to upgrade. For a baby monitor in this price range, that is frustrating and honestly quite disappointing. When you buy a premium product, you expect the whole experience to match that level, including the software. Unfortunately, the constant push toward the subscription takes away from what is otherwise a good piece of hardware.

Toestel zelf werkt al niet meer na 1 jaar en app is een plaag aan premium reclame.

Ge zijt enkel iets met deze camera’s als je betaald, eerst enkele dagen verbinding en dan plots niks meer
