Problèmes techniques et support inefficace
L’application est bien pensée et très simple à utiliser. Malheureusement beaucoup de problèmes techniques (dès le processus de vérification KYC et à l’achat de Bitcoin). Problèmes remontés à l’équipe de support mais très peu réactif, et n’apportent aucune solution. J’ai perdu confiance dans l’app et dans le sérieux de l’équipe. Dommage
