Wanted to try - gave a budget and everything what was proposed is double of trippel the budget. Even the clothing was totally not my style. The manage my subscription is nowhere to be found so had to send an e-mail to cancel just after i downloaded the app…. Very disappointing and not worth a try!

Very disappointed, advertising 2,99€ for 3 days and charging your account for about 33€ in 3 transactions, on the same hour! Be careful!

Dear Valued Customer! We're genuinely sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and appreciate you taking the time to share it. What you’ve described is far from the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how upsetting it must be to feel unheard — especially when you're trying to cancel and get help. While we do use AI to support parts of the experience, every styling session is meant to be reviewed and personalized by real human stylists. If this wasn’t your experience, we sincerely apologize. Please email us again at customer.care@lumi.place so we can escalate your request immediately. Include the email address you signed up with and any relevant screenshots or details. We want to ensure your issue is fully resolved and will prioritize your refund and cancellation request.Thank you again for your patience — we know it’s been a hassle, and we’re committed to making it right.
