Quand on cherche un itinéraire il y a beaucoup de fois où il n’en trouve aucun alors que je le prend tout les jours. Des fois quand je cherche mon arrêt, impossible de le trouver. Plusieurs fois je dois aller sur le site internet car l’application ne fonctionne pas bien.

Trouver un arrêt est trop compliqué : ils ont tous le même nom sans indiquer la direction. Les icônes des arrêts bus, tram, Metro sont tous identiques et sans couleur de ligne autant dans la liste que sur le plan. La fonction «autour de soi» bloque entièrement l'interface jusqu'à ce qu'il a trouvé la position précise, impossible donc à utiliser à l'intérieur. Dans le métro Lillois il n'y a pas d'Internet mobile donc une appli qu'on a téléchargé sur son téléphone pourrait être utile, pas celle-ci : pas de plans, pas d'itinéraire, rien ne fonctionne !Une appli moins utile qu'un plan en papier. Je me demande pourquoi Transpole a investis dans cette gigantesque campagne de pub pour cette appli ???
