Mon achat concerne l’expérience « Do you remember » à Bruxelles ce 23/02/2024. Nous avions pris 2 places avec un prix de 40€/personne. Sur le chemin, un feu se déclare sur notre ligne de métro (indépendant de notre volonté). Nous sommes donc arrivé en retard, porte close pour rentrer à l’événement. Nous réussissons à joindre un des collaborateurs qui nous transmet qu’il ne sera pas possible d’assister à la séance suivante. Une demande de report pour une date ultérieure ou un remboursement est donc faite. Comptez sur la rapidité du retour par mail (qui vaut l’étoile donnée) MAIS aucunement sur des modalités qui soient un minimum flexibles. Organisation qui est établie pour sucrer les participants et qui n’est pas du tout commerciale. Vous n’aurez aucun geste commercial ou de la compréhension venant de leur part. Bien dommage pour un collectif qui veut travailler dans l’événementiel et qui ne vise visiblement que le rendement.
