The latest update of this app really kill the emotion you fell while navigating in the app. The app doesn’t respond when opening it, it crashes, doesn’t work under wifi only when in 4G, it’s the worst update ever since having the app.

Everything was working just fine until this update. The app opens, but as soon as I use face recognition, the app crashes. So can’t even log in.

Ooredoo has the worst after sales service that I know, they commit to an intervention schedule of their technicians they do not even respect! when you go to their store to ask them for an alternative they offer you an overpriced product ... a lot of their staff is incompetent, they have no empathy ... I have had a very bad experience the last few days and the saga keeps going on!
