ZIP now finds your Vinted and Colissimo packages on the first try. Some of their numbers used to land with the wrong courier and stay empty, and they now go straight to the right one. ZIP also tells you when a number can't be tracked, instead of leaving you with an empty package. Paste a TikTok Shop or Amazon order number by mistake, and ZIP shows you where the real tracking number is hiding. And when Amazon keeps a delivery to itself, we say so and point you to the right place. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hey@getzip.app

ZIP now finds more packages on the first try. DHL Express numbers are recognised straight away, and a package that was shipped a minute ago is added right then, ready to fill in as soon as the courier shares news. And when a number really doesn't say who is carrying it, ZIP simply asks you. Pick your courier from a list of 3,500, and the search starts again by itself. We also tidied the arrival date: when the courier gives a precise day, you read "24 Sep", not a range that goes nowhere. A package that won't show up? Write to us at hey@getzip.app

Bug fixes and stability improvements. • Fixed a crash that could happen when saving a package after editing its arrival date • Fixed a rare issue where ZIP could no longer open after an interrupted update • Syncing no longer gets stuck when a package has no tracking event yet • Delivery notifications arrive faster and more reliably • The last known location of a package restored from iCloud is now placed correctly on the map • Packages now refresh automatically every 30 minutes while ZIP is open

A faster, lighter ZIP. • Packages that only have a shipping label so far no longer show as “not found” • Estimated delivery dates now come straight from the carrier network • Updated maps and smoother performance • Bug fixes

ZIP has a fresh new look! Discover a better way to track every delivery. Follow your parcels on a live map, get status notifications and keep all your orders in one place. We’ve also fixed bugs and improved performance.
