Charged Immediately Despite “Free Trial”
Pingu7474
The app seems fine, but the trial experience is disappointing. The interface advertised a free trial, yet I was charged €7 immediately. Paying that much just to test the app for a week is not acceptable and feels misleading.
Developer Response
I'm very sorry that this situation has occurred. The free 7-day trial is available when selecting a yearly subscription. If you wish to try the app and switch to a weekly subscription afterwards, you'll need to cancel the yearly plan and wait until the trial ends, then you'll be able to select what suits you best.
