Your subscription now sticks with you. Some of you saw Plus or Gold disappear after reinstalling Ghosted or restoring a purchase, even though it was still paid. We fixed it at the root: the app now ties every purchase to your account before anything else, and our servers double-check with the store every day. If something ever looks off, Restore Purchases puts it right in a few seconds. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

A quick fix. After the last update, some of you were asked to sign in again even though you were already logged in. That's fixed: Ghosted now keeps you signed in when it updates, and drops you right back into your feed. Sorry for the hassle, and thanks for sticking with us. Questions or ideas? Ghosted just got a lot faster. Your feed and photos load quicker, and the whole app feels smoother every time you scroll, tap and swipe. Likes, matches and chats are way more reliable too. If your connection drops, nothing gets lost, and a post you're sharing keeps uploading in the background while you do your thing. Plus a bunch of bug fixes. Questions or ideas? The number on the Ghosted icon finally tells the truth. It now counts the chats waiting for you and your new likes, not every single notification, so it goes back to zero as soon as you've caught up. We also tidied up Activity and the chats list, and a few things simply run smoother. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

New messages and new likes now show as a small purple dot on the tab bar, no more red counters. Tap someone's photo at the top of a chat and their profile now opens right away, no more waiting on a loading screen. On your own profile, the Snapchat and Instagram buttons got lighter, so your photos and posts take the spotlight. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Every profile now tells you roughly where the person is. Under their age and sign, you will see the town they are around: the city, never the neighborhood, and it follows them when they travel. Editing your own profile feels nicer too. Your bio, Snapchat and Instagram now open full screen, with a big purple button right above the keyboard, and pasting a link drops in just your username. And the whole app now speaks your language, down to the photo screens, the camera and the likes you receive. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Your free likes now refill every morning at 9:30, right when you wake up, instead of at midnight. Ran out the day before? We'll ping you the moment they're back. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Your profile got a little glow-up. Your photos now show bigger in the grid, and pinning one is instant: tap the pin, it jumps to first place and turns purple. Crush is smarter too: someone you already sent a rose to won't show up again while your rose is waiting. Chats also open more reliably, with a cleaner Snapchat icon wherever it appears. Every profile now opens on a face. Quiz and friends cards still have their place, right after the first photo, so the first thing you see of someone is them, in the feed, on their profile and in Crush. Your own profile also always keeps at least one photo of you, so it can never end up showing only a quiz. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Important fix: when you typed or sent messages quickly, the conversation could shake and the bubbles jump around. That is fixed, chats now stay perfectly still however fast you write. Sending a rose in Crush now feels like sending a rose. The profile closes on its own, the card turns purple and keeps its rose, even when you come back to it later, so you always know who already got one from you. We also made sure a rose can only go once to the same person, so none of yours gets spent twice by mistake. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Meet Crush, the new tab in the middle of your bar. Every day it hands you a few standout profiles picked just for you, and the only way to like them is with a rose. Swipe to turn each card over, tap to see the whole profile, and send your rose when someone stops you. Your picks stay the same all day and a fresh set arrives after midnight. With Ghosted Gold you get twice as many. Roses are also easier to buy: each pack now shows what one rose really costs. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Pinch any photo on a profile to zoom in, the way you would on Instagram. And when a bio makes you smile, the heart under it now likes the bio itself, not their first photo. Your photos are better protected too: a screenshot of a profile shows a little ghost instead of the pictures. If your profile is less visible in the feed, it now tells you why and how to fix it: post a photo of your face. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Profiles now say a little more about who is in front of you. Under the age, you can see whether the person is a woman, a man or non-binary, so a profile never leaves you guessing, and the card is lighter too: the distance line is gone, only what matters stays. The match screen got the same care: her name is no longer said twice, it simply tells you that she likes you too. And a handful of fixes make the whole app a bit smoother. Questions or ideas? The labels on your photos now know a lot more. Beyond No Filter, Snap and Insta, a picture can say BeReal, iPhone when it was touched up in Photos, Droid, Paparazzi when it comes from a real camera, 35mm when it was scanned from film, or Incognito when nothing tells us where it came from. Every photo, old or new, is read the same way, so the same picture never wears two different labels. Ghosted also makes room for everyone. You can now say you are non-binary, and choose to look for men, women or everyone. And new members add their three photos on a small deck of cards: each one gets read as it lands and shows its label right there, so you know before anyone else what your profile will say about you. Every photo in your feed now wears a small label that tells you where it came from. No Filter when it went straight from the camera to Ghosted, Snap, Insta or Glow Up when it passed through another app first, Screenshot when it is one. It sits in the corner of the picture, tilted like a sticker, and it makes one thing clear: here, photos can't lie. New members meet the labels the moment they sign up. Boost got a new look too. The button above your profile picture now burns for real, and the Boost screen shows our ghost floating over the flames while your 30 minutes count down. Your likes also stopped depending on your network: give one in a tunnel and it leaves right away, then reaches us the moment you are back online, even if you closed the app in between. Your Likes tab now tells you when something is waiting for you. A small purple dot lights up on the heart the moment a section has something new, so you know at a glance, without opening the tab to check. We also made Ghosted much lighter on your phone: the app sends far less in the background, which means less data and less battery for the same experience. And your Roses got their own flower in Settings, where a gift box used to sit. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

You can now get Roses by the bunch. Pick 3, 12 or 50 from your Roses in Settings or right when you send one, and they never expire. A Rose is still the surest way to make your message the one that gets read first. Gold members get a free Boost every week: 30 minutes at the top of everyone's feed, on us, right from the Boost screen. And if your card ever stops working, we tell you in the app and you keep your perks while you fix it, instead of quietly losing them. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

This one is about making Ghosted lighter on your phone. Photos in the feed and in profiles now take a lot less memory, so the app should stop closing on its own after a long scroll, especially on older iPhones. We also fixed a crash that could happen when you sent a like from a profile opened in Chats, and the paywall no longer counts a double tap as two purchases. When you pick your three photos during signup, tapping a fourth now tells you what to do instead of doing nothing. Questions or ideas? Write to us at hello@ghosted.co

This update fixes a bug that kept Ghosted from opening on some phones after the last update. Sorry about that, you're good to go. You can now see everyone who viewed your profile, with no limit. Open Activity and scroll as far as you like: every person who stopped on you is there, and the ones who like you back are one tap away. We also gave the match screen a fresh look: their photo takes the whole screen, their first name sits in the corner, and the keyboard slides away with a swipe. A few members were wrongly sent back through signup after a while away; that is fixed, and we tidied up a couple of things around Gold so the right offer shows up at the right moment. Roses are now free. Every week you get one on us, three with Plus, five with Gold, and the ones you buy never expire. Send them to the people who make you stop scrolling. Need a break? You can now pause your profile from Settings. New people won't see you, your likes and chats stay right where they are, and you come back whenever you feel like it. We also stopped losing your matches along the way: if someone matched with you while you were gone, you'll know the moment you open the app. Plus a fresh tab bar built for iOS 26, a dot on your unread chats, and a few things that simply run smoother.
