SET UP YOUR RING SCHEDULE
Choose how many days you keep your vaginal ring in and how many ring-free days you have, then enter the date and time you inserted it. The app builds your cycle and tracks upcoming changes automatically.
Follow a routine of three weeks in and one ring-free week, use your ring continuously with no break, or create a custom contraceptive schedule. If your prescribed routine changes, update it at any time.
Because the schedule is customizable, the app can adapt to different contraceptive ring routines instead of being locked to a single fixed schedule.
