This update takes DartsOn online with friends, adds an account that keeps everything in sync, and makes camera auto-scoring even more accurate.
- DartsOn Online: play darts with friends wherever they are. Add friends, challenge them or share a match code, and play on your own board with camera, voice or keyboard scoring. Every game mode you play offline is online too, from X01 and Cricket to Around the Clock, Killer and more.
- Throw for bull or spin the wheel to decide who starts, and send quick chat phrases.
- Friends can watch your online matches live, and every online match has its own history and statistics.
- This first release opens Private Lobbies for playing with your friends. Global Lobbies, where you can play anyone, are coming soon, once we're confident in the stability of online play.
- Sign in with Apple, Google or email to back up your players, matches and statistics and keep them in sync across all your devices.
- Playing with someone who has their own DartsOn? Link their player by scanning their QR code, and every match you play together shows up in their app too.
- The new DON v30 auto-scoring model reads darts even more accurately, especially when your phone sits at a steeper angle or darts are closely grouped together.
- Throw for Bull with the camera now asks you to clear the board between throws and lets a player throw again.
- Show the big-screen scoreboard from Cast on an Apple TV, an AirPlay TV or through a USB-C to HDMI adapter, instead of mirroring your screen. Choose TV Layout from External Screen during a match.
- Cricket handicaps: give a player a head start of one or two marks on every number, or close single numbers for them.
- Killer now goes up to 10 lives and 5 hits to become a Killer, with custom counts for both.
- Filter every stat, record and heatmap by the rules you played, like 501 Double Out.
- Choose what the caller says when a finish is on: nothing, the score you require, or the score and the checkout route.
- Pick between takes of your player's announcer name, and generate new ones with a different emotion.
- A new Gameplay Settings screen gathers bot throw speed, auto-advance turns and checkout suggestions.
- 121 Checkout matches can be shared live and cast to a TV, and live sharing supports every Around the Clock rule.
- English now says treble instead of triple.
- The Blue app icon now matches the Blue theme. The Minimal theme and the Teal, White and Zinc icons have been retired for a leaner app.
- Action Replays now save the checkout itself, not the turn before it.
- Fixed an issue where DartsOn was not opening on some iOS 16 & iPadOS 16 devices.
