What’s New in AppOstéo 3.6 Your patient’s complaint comes to life on a 3D skeleton Type the complaint the way you’d say it: “low back pain”, “neck pain L”, “L5 sciatica”. It appears right where it belongs on a 3D skeleton you can turn in every direction. Radiating pain traces its path, the side is taken into account, and the app learns your own wording from one consultation to the next. Tap a bone and the area is added to the complaint. The AI runs entirely on your device: no patient data is ever sent over the Internet. Medical history, right where it matters Fractures, prostheses and surgeries now appear directly on the bone concerned, at the exact spot you choose. Enter them in a single line, let key alerts stand out on their own, and use the “last reviewed” date as a reminder to go over them with the patient. The patient’s whole story at a glance The Consultations tab now sums up the entire follow-up on a 3D skeleton: treated areas, how often they come back, pain progress and recurrences. Tap an area to jump straight to the sessions concerned. Clear, professional accounting A receipts ledger in table form with monthly subtotals, revenue compared with last year, and a check of your invoice numbers. Send your accountant the ledger as a PDF and a CSV file in a single step. And as always, your patients, calendar, invoices and letters stay in sync across Mac, iPad and iPhone. Filters • The whole filter control (month, year, payment method, sex, practitioner) is now tappable, not just the label. iCloud sync • New discreet iCloud activity indicator at the top of the screen, showing when data is being sent or received. Patient family links & skeleton slideshow • Family links & network: connect your patients to one another — parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, uncles/aunts, cousins — as well as their network (friends, neighbors, colleagues). Each patient gets a clear family tree, with lines colored by relationship type and a legend. Tap a person to open their record. • Guided member adding: search for an existing patient or create one on the fly. Household links (parents, siblings) are completed automatically. • Annotated skeleton slideshow: in a consultation's detail, after a few seconds of inactivity, the annotated skeleton and muscle views cycle smoothly so you can review everything at a glance. It stops as soon as you interact, and can be turned on or off. • Improvements: various stability and iCloud sync fixes.

What's new in version 2.80 • E-invoicing 2026 — Important for osteopaths: from 1 September 2026 you must be able to receive electronic invoices from your suppliers. Your patient invoices don't change. Version 2.78 Muscle board In addition to the 3D skeleton, you can now annotate two muscle plates (front and back). Draw directly on the muscles, just like on the skeleton. Skeleton and muscle annotations stay on separate layers and never overlap. Each consultation opens automatically on the most-annotated board and view, and the last board you used is remembered and synced across your devices. More precise layout In the invoice and letter layout, adjust the position and size of each element (logo, address, text…) with + and − buttons: more precise and more reliable than dragging. Tap the greyed area at the top to close. • Large database performance — Patient lists (8,000+ records), consultations (22,000+) and letters now load in pages of 100 items in the background. The interface stays smooth regardless of your database size. • Reliable update check — The last known version is remembered between sessions and displayed instantly. The "Check for updates" button always forces a network call. • What's New screen fixed — This screen was not consistently shown after an update. The issue is resolved.
