Pando is the CRM for Belgian estate agents, from first contact to signed sales agreement. This app gives your agency access to Pando on iPhone, with the features you need on the road. The app is for agents and agencies that already have a Pando account. Accounts are created on pando.immo or provided by your agency. You cannot sign up or buy anything in the app. WHAT THE APP DOES ON YOUR IPHONE - Notifications: a new lead, including a verified seller lead from IMV (ImmoMakelaarVergelijker), or a task shows up straight away as a notification. Tap it to open that lead or task. - Camera and photo library: take photos of a property on site or pick them from your library. They are added to the right property. - Face ID: open the app quickly and securely without signing in every time. - Sharing: send a valuation report, address file or other document as a PDF via Mail, WhatsApp or AirDrop using the iPhone share sheet. - Links in emails: a Pando link in an email opens directly in the app, in the right place. - Offline: without a connection the app shows a clear screen and carries on as soon as you are back online. - No password: you receive an 8-digit code by email and type it in. WHAT YOU MANAGE IN PANDO - Leads: every enquiry in one inbox, from your website, the portals and IMV. One tap turns a lead into a contact and a property. - Contacts: sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords, with history, notes and search profile. - Properties: features, photos, descriptions in Dutch, French and English, and the facts about the address. - Mandates: the listing agreement and the follow-up of every file. - Diary and viewings: schedule viewings, send confirmations and record the outcome. - Offers and tasks: follow up offers and see what needs doing today. - Publishing: put a property on the portals your agency is connected to. Pando works in Dutch and French, with an English version. Each agency only sees its own data. Pando is a product of NextdoorSEC BV, Antwerp, Belgium.
