I forgot my password button

Dear Sirs,I have been using the app for the heating thermostats in my house, and it had been working perfectly until the most recent update. After the update, the app logged me out, and since I cannot remember my password, I attempted to use the “I forgot my password” option. Unfortunately, this function does not work, and I am therefore unable to log back into the app.I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.
