No way to sell my ticket
Moi 34
I can't sell my ticket when I can't go to the event. Useless app
Developer Response
Hey there, thanks for your feedback. DICE offers event organizers the option of enabling a wait list for sold-out events. To see if your event has the Wait List enabled, check your ticket by opening the app and tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. You can learn more about this feature on our Help Center!
Not possible to resell tickets if you’re not able to go
thdm_
The functionality to transfer tickets if you’re unable to go is not working. Basically once you have tickets you can never cancel or resell them again.
Developer Response
Hey there, we're sorry to hear you had trouble with transferring your tickets. If you were not able to transfer your tickets, it is possible that the feature was not been enabled or the ticket transfer deadline passed, but if you reach out we will try our best to help. Tickets can only be returned to the wait list if the event has sold out, and has been enabled as our Purchase Terms state. You can find more information about our features in our help centre. Thanks.
This was a little release: some bug fixes, and tweaks to make your experience smoother. Keep an eye out for more soon.
